This modern, detached two-storey holiday rental villa is located in the quiet residential area of ‘El Rafalet’ in Javea on the Costa Blanca and has spectacular views over the Benitachell valley and to the Montgo mountain.
There is a built-in barbeque near the 10 x 5m swimming pool with roman steps, and a comfortably furnished, covered terrace.
From the kitchen, there is access to a quiet, open terrace that is a perfect spot for writing postcards, reading, dining or just enjoying the view.
Entrance to the villa is through the hall, leading to a sitting room equipped with satellite television. To the right of the hallway is an en-suite master bedroom and separate guest toilet.
Also on this level is a large kitchen with dining table. The kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher; the washing machine is housed in a separate room downstairs.
From the entrance hall, an integral stairway leads down to one double and one twin bedded room, both with full en-suite bathroom facilities. A door leads from this level out onto the patio and pool area, where there is a separate entrance to a further twin bedded room, there are no ensuite facilities in this bedroom, however there is a shower and toilet in close proximity.
The villa is less than a ten-minute drive to the blue-flagged Arenal beach on the mediterranean sea and the town of Javea with its markets, shops, bars and restaurants.
